Cylinder head bolt removal sequence

The following is the order of screw removal and assembly of the cylinder head:

1, three times from both sides of the cylinder head to the middle, in accordance with the cross-symmetrical order of disassembly.

2. Use a torque wrench or special sleeve to loosen the bolts of the cylinder head in the order of cross-symmetry from both sides to the middle.

3, continue to use the torque wrench or special sleeve in the same order to screw the bolts out of the cylinder head.

4. Remove the cylinder head and bolts, place them in a specific position, and place them in order.

5, clean the cylinder block, cylinder and cylinder head plane with a clean towel before installation.

6, Install a new cylinder gasket, apply a layer of sealant on the cylinder gasket, and align the cylinder gasket with the threaded hole on the cylinder block.

7. Lubricate and install new cylinder bolts.

8. Cross tighten the cylinder head bolts from the middle to both sides three to four times according to the specified torque.
